Privacy statement
Radiomics.bio undertakes to bring its data processing activities into compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”) and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018, each as applicable, and as amended, restated or replaced from time to time (the “Applicable Data Protection Law”).

2.1. Newsletter
Radiomics.bio has set up a newsletter to keep inform everyone who might be interested in our improvements, the events in which we are participating etc. You can subscribe to this newsletter here: https://radiomics.bio/general-news/new-beginnings-459/?lid=7660. If you are one of our collaborators, or you are participating in fairs and exhibition in which we represent Radiomics.bio, you may also be added to this newsletter, if you gave your consent. You can always unsubscribe with the link in our newsletter directly or by sending an email to [email protected].

2.2. Job application
Radiomics.bio is continuously growing and regularly post job offers, so that you can candidate to different job opportunities or you can also provide your spontaneous candidature. For this purpose, Radiomics.bio will collect, with your consent:

- Phone number
3. To whom your data is transferred?
For both treatment data is stored on the SharePoint (OneDrive) of the company with least privilege accesses policy. Radiomics.bio has Microsoft licenses.
Regarding the recruitment process, if you applied for a job opportunity, we collect your data through LinkedIn recruitment process, if you decided to.
These two companies are located in third country (outside of the European Economic Area). For these subcontractors, Radiomics.bio ensures that appropriate safeguards are taken for the transfer to comply with Applicable Data Protection law, such as:
- The country to which the personal data are transferred has benefited from an adequacy decision by the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR and the transfer falls within the scope of such adequacy decision; or
- Standard data protection contractual clauses as approved by the European Commission or another competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 47 of the GDPR have been established; or

4.1. Newsletter
Your data will be kept until you unsubscribe or if Radiomics.bio decides to not continue in writing newsletter anymore.
4.2. Job application
If your application is not accepted, Radiomics.bio will delete your application unless you give you consent to keep those data during 1 year in case your application is relevant for another position and that you may be interested. You can still revoke your consent it by sending an email at [email protected].
5. What are your rights and who to contact?
You can exercise your rights by getting in contact with our DPO by email at the following mail address: [email protected]. Depending on your request, we may ask you to provide complementary information to identify you.
5.1. Right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction
You have the right to ask Radiomics.bio to grant you access to your personal data or to ask for a restriction of its use. As required by the legal terms of the GDPR, you also have the possibility to ask for the erasure of your personal data and to ask for their limitation. You acknowledge that if you refuse to share personal data or if you ask for the erasure of your personal data, Radiomics.bio may not be able to provide certain services to you anymore.
5.2. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you provided to Radiomics.bio in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (such as PDF format) and to transmit those data to another data controller.
5.3. Right to withdraw your consent
If the data processing is based on your prior consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. For the newsletter, you also have the possibility to unsubscribe in your last received newsletter.
5.4. Right to lodge a complain
